Yasuko-Sensei is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher and she will be teaching on Thursday afternoons in the Ocean View Room from 12:00pm-1:00pm. She is certified in Iyengar Yoga level 1 and level 2. She completed the RYT-200 program in Ashtanga style in Doha, Qatar in 2014 and has been practicing yoga since 1998. Come take a break from work and check it out! Yasuko Rudisel will be giving Iyengar Yoga lessons at lunch time. Instruction will be given in English and Japanese.
