OIST Neuroscience Symposium (ONS)

To take full advantage of the diversity of OIST’s neuroscience research, the NeuroClub, together with other motivated students and researchers, has started an annual internal symposium. ONS aims to build bridges between neuroscience units at OIST and to serve as a platform not only for learning about ongoing research but also for strengthening community connections across all career stages.

Goals:

• exchange ideas across disciplines and foster cross-unit discussions,
• share career development opportunities and highlight achievements across all career stages,
• strengthen community connections among students, postdocs, staff scientists, technicians, and faculty,
• consolidate knowledge on common techniques and tools, encouraging shared resources and collaborations,
• celebrate the achievements of the OIST neuroscience community.
