Accommodation Information
A limited number of rooms will be provided for non-invited students and postdocs at Seaside House. Please indicate if you would like to apply during registration.
Non-invited participants who cannot be accommodated at Seaside House are kindly requested to book their own accommodation. Note that we will arrange a shuttle to/from the Fuchaku and Ishikawa, in which many hotels are located. The following map has suggestions for hotels:
Seaside House
Participants staying at Seaside House will pick up their name tags at Seaside House upon check-in. The room number and PIN will be provided inside each name tag.
