Visa Application

There are currently 68 countries and territories which do not require a visa to visit Japan. Countries which do require a visa include China, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam. If you need to apply for a visa and require documentation from OIST, such as a formal invitation to Japan, please contact email with the subject line “Visa Application” and we will work with you to provide you with the necessary resources.
