OIST Alumni Workshop 2022 Application Form

To celebrate the Graduation Ceremony and OIST 10th Anniversary events in May, the Graduate School would like to invite our alumni to submit their application to be selected and participate in the OIST Alumni Workshop, held at OIST from May 20-28,  2022.

Workshop Schedule:

May 20: Graduation Ceremony

May 21-22: OIST 10th Anniversary Ceremonies

May 23-27: Alumni Workshop (schedule TBD)

May 28: OIST 10th Anniversary Internal Celebration 

Eligibility: 

1) Alumni who can stay for the entire Alumni Workshop schedule

2) Alumni who can participate in various talks and panel meetings to share their life stories after PhD

3) Alumni who have taken the booster shot given by: 1) Pfizer, 2) Moderna, 3) AstraZeneca, or 4) COMIRNATY, and can bring a certificate upon entry to Japan 

OIST Support:

1) Travel document support (ex: Japan entry permit, visa, etc.)

2) Accommodation for quarantine (if required)

3) Travel support - TBD

4) Accommodation support at OIST (ex: Seaside House or on-campus housing) - TBD
