The PCD Team will host the OIST Career Fair 2026 on November 9th and 10th, 2026. This will offer OIST students a unique opportunity to engage directly with companies across Japan and explore diverse career paths beyond academia.

• Attending the Career Fair Orientation/briefing session on September 7 (Mon.).
• Submission of an A0 sized poster that includes a Self-Introduction and insights into your research. (Poster examples will be shared at the Orientation)
• Attending Online Company presentation session on October 6^th (Time TBD)
• Attending all sessions scheduled on the date you select.

Registration period:August 3 to September 6 (Limited capacity, so please register as soon as possible!)

Registration Open on:

August 3 for OIST PhD students who have passed the thesis proposal exam

August 21 for  PhD students from other universities
