Change for the Better - Workshop to Support Your New Year Intentions

The start of a New Year is often a time where people put energy into changing old habits or developing new ones.  Make sure you use your energy effectively by understanding the change process and how to harness your motivation.

The Ganjuu Wellbeing service will be hosting a free workshop: ‘CHANGE FOR THE BETTER’ to boost your chances of success.  So whether you want to give up smoking, learn to play the Sanshin, or anything in between, we can show you how to:

  • Choose the change that works best for you
  • Understand the psychological principles of change
  • Be conscious of and harness your motivation
  • Use your energy to create effective change
  • Anticipate and deal with obstacles
  • Feel good about your achievements
