OIST Workshop "Quantum Technologies with Floating Charged Particles"

To apply for the workshop, please fill in the form below. All participants are required to present either a poster or talk and therefore need to include an abstract.

Registration fee 30,000 JPY (approx. 180 euro or 200 USD). Payment method will be informed later.

The costs for workshop coffee breaks, lunch & evening meals, conference banquet and accomodation (5 nights) will be covered for all participants by OIST.

Note that all participant accommodation is in gendered twin-shared rooms at Seaside House. If you are accepted to attend and do not want to share a twin room (with bathroom) with another participant you will have to book and pay for your own accommodation and daily transport to the workshop venue, Seaside House. The workshop organizers will be able to advise you on hotels in the immediate region.
