Procurement Explanatory Session/ 調達説明会開催について

For persons in charge of procurement operation,

We are pleased to invite you to an upcoming information session where we will discuss recent updates to our procurement processes and rules. The session will be held in a hybrid format, allowing you to join us either in person or online via Zoom. At the end of the session, there will be a Q&A segment, so please feel free to ask any questions you may have.

We are also pleased to inform you that simultaneous English interpretation will be available. For those who are unable to attend on the day, we will upload the presentation materials (and maybe recording) of the session online. These will ensure that everyone has access to the information at their convenience.

調達セクションでは、以下の日程で業務およびルールに関する最新の変更点や重要なお知らせについて説明会を開催いたします。ハイブリッド形式での開催となり、会場にて対面参加いただくか、Zoomを通じてオンラインでご参加いただけます。説明会の最後にはQ&Aの時間も設けておりますので、疑問点などがございましたらお気軽にご質問ください。

なお、英語の同時通訳がご利用いただけますので、英語話者の方もぜひご参加ください。また、当日ご参加いただけない方のために、当日のプレゼンテーション資料（とできれば録画映像）をオンライン上にアップロードする予定です。
