Our state-of-the art animal facilities are accredited by the Association for Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care.
We have dedicated laboratories for studying animal development, behavior and neuroimaging.
In 2016, we opened a marine station at Seragaki harbor, allowing the collection and study of local marine species.
To offer high quality laboratory animals to facilitate high quality results (high reproducibility) in animal experiments carried out at OIST.
