For young scientists who spread their wings around the world

The 10 Summer Program Research Interns currently at OIST will give a presentation of their work at OIST on Friday August 16 from 2:30 in the lecture hall B250. If you're interested in what they've been up to, come along and see for yourself. All OIST students and staff are welcome (well, not all of you at once perhaps: you won't all fit.).

目標: グローバル化が急速に進展する社会において、「今学生に求められているものとは何か」「21世紀のグローバル社会を生き抜いていくには」をテーマに、日本の"国際化"を代表する4名のパネリストがそれぞれの立場から、国際的キャリアを目指す理系学生に向け、現代の国際化社会をどう生き抜くかについて語ります。また、学生さんを対象とした今回は、通常のカフェの前に、会場となるSONY CSL若手研究者による特別講演を設けています。より身近な体験談を聞く絶好の機会です。
