入力いただいた氏名等の個人情報については、参加者へのご連絡、出席管理、宿泊代金の回収（本学シーサイドハウス宿泊者のみ）、今後のイベント案内、その他当イベントに係る事務処理のためだけに使用し、ご本人の同意を得た場合または法令の定めによる場合を除き、第三者に提供することはありません。当イベントへのお申し込みをいただいた時点で、個人情報の収集に同意したものとみなされます。本学の個人情報のお取り扱いについてはこちらをご覧ください。
Personal information entered below will be used only for the purpose of contacting participants, managing attendance, collecting accommodation fees (from guests staying at OIST Seaside House), providing information about future events, and handling paperwork related to the event, and will not be disclosed to third parties, except with the consent of the person in question or as required by law. By registering and participating in the event, you consent to the collection of your personal infromation.
