OIST POC Program provides a unique suite of services to promote technology development, such as dedicated project managers to support the research teams and industry mentors to advise on technical and commercialization strategy. We also offer services to promote the professional development of the people working on the projects.
In this regards, we are providing a Project Management training opportunity for researchers and students, especially for POC team members. This training program is being conducted by PMP instructor (Project Management Professional).
Participant will be issued a Certificate of Participation.
Expected Results: At the conclusion of this course attendees will:
- be able to plan, schedule and execute their research projects, with proven contemporary project management tools, processes and practices
- be able to utilize and incorporate class experiences into their respective POC projects
- be able to use MS Project Online to plan, schedule, analyze, and track simple projects
