  • Lecture 2-3: Problem Discovering "Exercise"
  • Lecture 4: Problem Discovering "Research"
  • Target our training goal.
  • Learning the basic of business innovation
  • Understand innovative point
  • Introduce good & bad innovative cases
  • Study why we need design thinking
  • Learn successful human-centered design cases
  • Know the design thinking process of how we can identify problem and understand what good business plans are
  • Empathize other one’s feeling
  • Quick exercise of 5 steps of design thinking
  • Go out of the class, ask, look and learn about customer’s need
  •  “tips” & “key points” for interview will be instructed to participants. They will interview with internal students regarding given theme

DAY 2

JAN 27 (Saturday)

  • Using the interview information, participants will dig in what interviewees need, apply framework and tools to develop ideas in each team

  • For in-depth understanding how we can create lean start-up
