Japan-Israel Cooperative Scientific Research 'Age dependent Neurological and Psychiatric Disorders’

1．Overview & target research field
Japan Science and Technology Agency, Japan (referred to as “JST”) and the Ministry of Science and Technology of State of Israel (referred to as “MOST”) are providing financial support for joint research activities carried out by Japanese and Israeli researchers. Japanese-Israeli research teams are hereby invited to submit joint research proposals on Age dependent Neurological and Psychiatric Disorders. JST and MOST put their emphasis on the molecular, cellular or network aspects of age-dependent neurological and/or psychiatric disorders.

2．Eligibility 
- Proposals must involve a principal investigator from each country.
*An important criterion of the proposed collaboration is that it should build on and reinforce already on-going research activities in each research group and contribute significant added value to these through international collaboration.

3．Amount: up to 65 million yen for 3 years (for Japanese side)

4．Period: 3 years

Please download the applicafion form HERE. To be filled in English. Japanese side's researcher must provide a summary, project title, etc., in Japanese for the online submission.
