This class is for beginners who are getting back into exercise again. This will be a slower paced class that focuses on getting stronger and using proper form.
Reboot your body class will sculpt, tone and strengthen the whole body. This class has been designed to challenge the body with multiple exercises that prioritize building core strength, endurance, and flexibility.
The class will primarily involve bodyweight and resistance based, full body compound exercises that will engage and train multiple muscles simultaneously.
