February Zoom Fitness Classes

You must sign up 12 hours prior to class you are registering for so the zoom link can be emailed to you.

Please register for the zoom class that you would like to participate in. A zoom link will now be emailed to you.

Engagement Expectations: Please take advantage of this opportunity to log into zoom to participate in a quick workout to refresh and of course, keep healthy. We ask that when you log in, check in with the instructor and show you face first to engage. You can turn your screens off for your comfort after. Please turn your mics off.
