This is an all-levels, 50-minute vinyasa style yoga class (adults only). Build heat with an invigorating flow then cool down with longer held stretches and a five-minute meditation. The class is designed to unwind any workday tension so you can leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Please register in advance by messaging @caitclouseyoga on Instagram or by emailing caitclouseyoga@gmail.com. Bring your own mat, blocks if you use them, and 500 yen cash. Payment will be collected before class. Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to get settled in the space.
