OSMP2021 will be held on Saturday and Sunday, November 21, 27, 28 from 13:00-17:00.
Some of the details of OSMP have been changed due to the postponement. Please confirm these changes.
1) The schedule is Nov. 21, 27, 28, 13:00-17:00 each day. You will be required to conduct experiments and summarize the results during these three days.
2) There will be no presentations on the last day. Instead, you will be requested to submit a two-page A4 activity report (either in Japanese or English) by 12/3. *1
3) Due to the changes in the schedule, unfortunately, some of the mentors will not be able to participate. Thus, there is a possibility that other mentors in similar fields to your interest will be assigned to you.
4) If the number of applicants exceeds the number of acceptable applicants, we will perform a selection based on the documents submitted in advance.
*1 This is a measure to reduce the burden on the Mentors and Mentees and to ensure there is sufficient time for the experiment schedules. Mentors and the OSMP team will support you with your reports, so there is no need to worry.
