Irregular / Emergency Services
The School-Aged Program works to serve the needs of the OIST community, including times when childcare services are needed suddenly and unexpectedly.
In order to receive irregular/emergency services, children must already be registered with the School-Aged Program or the Holiday Program, and have the proper paperwork on file.
Irregular/emergency services are only available when a seat is available in the room or on the bus.
小中学校プログラムは、不定期、緊急の場合も含め、OISTコミュニティのニーズに応えるためサービスを提供しています。
不定期/緊急サービスを受けられるのは、小中学校プログラム、またはホリデープログラムに登録済みで、適切な書類を提出しているお子さまのみとなります。
不定期/緊急サービスは、部屋またはバスのスペースが空いている場合のみご利用いただけます。
OIST shuttle buses provide transportation services between OIST's main campus and local schools depending on the availability of vehicles as determined by the Buildings and Facilities Management Division.
Families requiring bus transportation for their child may register for transportation services by submitting a School Transport Request.
OISTシャトルバスは、施設管理ディビジョンが定める車両台数に応じて、OISTのメインキャンパスと地元の学校との間のバスサービスを提供しています。
お子さまのバスサービスを必要とするご家族は、送迎契約申込書を提出することによってバスサービスに登録することができます。
