Leilee Chojnacki - Sensei

 

Leilee has been a practitioner of ashtanga-based vinyasa yoga for the past 6 years and a RYT200 yoga teacher since 2017, and teaches vinyasa yoga. Leilee will be teaching Ashtanga-based Vinyasa Yoga to the community of OIST. Among the physical Hatha yoga practices, vinyasa yoga is the technique of coordinating motion of the body with the cycle of breath. This is a powerful relaxation and strength building technique which fosters the connection between the deep core and respiratory muscles and limbs. Her classes will focus on developing tristana, the threefold relation between breath, posture or movement, and attention to bring the body and the mind together into balance. Community Classes are Free!

Community Class Schedule

Friday 5:30pm-6:30pm in the Ocean View Room

Beginner's Yoga: Slower-paced movement class. Suitable for complete beginners and experienced practitioners looking to refresh basic alignment.
