Francesco Del Giudice et al. have been awarded a Soft Matter poster prize for their work “The μ-rheometer: an effective microfluidic platform to measure relaxation time of weakly viscoelastic polymer solutions”. The prize was received at the Annual European Rheology Conference 2017 held in Copenhagen.
Congratulations to Francesco and Simon on their Journal of Rheology article: Relaxation time of dilute polymer solutions: a microfluidic approach, Journal of Rheology, 2017, 61, 327. Our cover image can be found in the March/April issue of Journal of Rheology.
Congratulations to Noa for receiving JSPS Ph.D fellowship for her thesis on studying flow instabilities in microfluidic flows.
Congratulations, Simon for being selected as the distinguished young Rheologist of 2016!
Dr. Mandy Leung received JSPS Postdoctoral Fellowship to make curcumin nanoparticles for nanomedicine applications! Mandy received her Ph.D in Chemistry from The University of Adelaide in Australia.
