Welcome Ceremony - Student Intro Photo

Welcome to OIST! We are very happy to have you as new OIST members.

OIST is organizing the Welcome Ceremony on Monday, September 4th from 10:30am to 12:00pm. Traditionally, we introduce our new students at the ceremony, and we need your photo (landscape, NOT portrait)! We'd appreciate if you could upload your photo by: August 4th 2023 (Friday).

If you do not have any photo of yourself, we can help do a quick photoshoot, if you are on campus. For those of you who wish to have your photo taken by us, please visit us at the following place and time:

  • Graduate School Counter, Lab 3, Level B
  • Date: 7th August 2023
  • Time: 13:00 - 14:00
Rename of the file to your full name - Ex.) james.bond.jpg
Files must be less than 2 MB.
Allowed file types: jpg jpeg.

*No need to crop your photo to a circle shape like the example above!

*Submit a horizontal photo, NOT a vertical one! (Be careful for those who take selfie with your phone!)
