To apply for the course, fill in the online entry form and upload required supporting documentation. All documents must be in English and only in rtf, or pdf formats. Applications without the supporting documentation will be considered to be incomplete.

  • Letter of Intent: Provide a statement of your reasons and goals wanting to attend this course.
  • Letter of Support: Provide a letter of reference in support of your application. The letter should come from an individual who are familiar with your academic and research background.

Travel Funding
ALL selected participants will receive free registration, free accommodation, and meals at the course venue. However, OIST travel funding to cover airfare and transportation are very limited. Thus, we strongly recommend students to seek funding to pay for their airfare. Please identify the possible sources of funding to attend the course if you are selected.
