- Logo display: Your company’s logo will be displayed on the website of our conference in the “Sponsors" section.
- Conference banner: Your company’s logo will also be prominently displayed on a banner at the conference venue.
- Website description: Along with the logo, our website will also display a short description of your company and of your newest products.
- Giveaways: Your company’s giveaways (souvenirs, flyers, etc.) will be given to the participants upon arrival and also exhibited during the whole conference.
- Listed as major-contributor (website + breaks): During coffee breaks, a screensaver thanking our major contributors will be displayed. In addition, our website will list your company as a major-contributor in a section specifically designed to ensure maximum visibility.
- Logo on organizers’ T-shirts: Staff members at the conference will be identified thanks to personalized T-shirts on which your company’s logo will be displayed.
- Industry night representative (limited): One of our dinners is aimed at introducing company representatives to our participants. Your representative can explain their personal experience within your company, or tell the participants about how they ended up working for you (e.g. transition from academia to industry). This is also an excellent opportunity for recruitment and networking. This offer is limited to the first 4 major-contributors.
- Demo stand (limited): You company will have their own stand at the conference venue in which your representative is free to advertise, demonstrate your latest products and interact with our participants. This offer is limited to the first 4 major-contributors.
