ウィンターホリデープレスクール出欠プランについて

Each year we have low attendance the last week of December and the first week of January since many parents are taking paid leave and enjoying a holiday with their family.  We have a high number of requests for days off from the CDC teachers and staff too, so we would like to gather information about the number of children to expect from December 21-January 8 so that we can give our teachers days off but still maintain out staffing ratios.
12月最終週および１月最初の週はお休みを取られ、ご家族で楽しく過ごされる方が多く、例年低い出席率となっています。CDCの先生やスタッフからも多くの休暇申請が提出されており、12月21日から1月8日までのお子様の出席予定をお聞きすることにより、先生も休暇を取得しつつ、開園に十分なスタッフ数を確保したいと思います。

We are asking all families to fill out the webform below.  Please submit one form for each of your children and select if your child will be attenidng or not attending for each day by December 11.

If you are not sure of your family plans yet, please select attending for each day so we can ensure staffing ratios regardless of what you decide.
