[RC] Insurance Company Visits OIST

To provide efficient and stable service while maintaining social distancing, Wiltec, the insurance agent now requires people to make a reservation for consultation.

Make a reservation before your visit by texting them at: wiltec.oist@gmail.com including the following information:

1. name
2.  your email address
3. type of consultation (buying car insurance/renewing car insurance/buying travel insurance/car ownership transfer/others<Please specify>)
4. preferred date for consultation ( 15 May / 22 May / 29 May / 5 Jun / 12 Jun )
5. preferred time window for consultation (11:00-12:00/12:00-13:00/13:00-14:00/14:00-15:00/anytime will be fine with me)
6. your phone number
7. scan/photo of your JCI inspection certificate(if you have one)
8. scan/photo of your resident card(both front and back)

Wiltec, the insurance agent will get in touch with you to confirm the reservation.
