Notice Regarding Safety Orientation for Contractors and Venders

The Occupational Health and Safety Section will hold the following Safety Orientation for OIST personnel and contractors who are involved in the collection or cleaning up of waste or who frequently access areas where experiments are done. Chapter 13 of the University’s PRP requires these personnel to take this orientation at least once a year, so if the above applies to you please do attend:

1) Date and Time:  14:00-15:00, Tuesday July 28, 2015

  　　　　　　　  10:30-11:30, Thursday July 30, 2015

2) Place: B250 Seminar Room, Level B, Center Building, OIST main campus

3) Remarks: The exact same content will be covered in both sessions. The orientation will be conducted in Japanese.

OISTお取引先様向け安全研修会開催のお知らせ

研究安全セクションは、廃棄物の回収や清掃を行う職員や実験エリアに頻繁に入室する取引先従業員等を対象に安全研修会を下記のとおり開催します。本学PRP第13条により、これらの業務従事者は少なくとも年一回は、当該研修を受講することが求められていますので、該当する方は出席いただきますようよろしくお願いします。

1. 日時：2015年7月28日（火）14:00-15:00
   2015. 年7月30日（木） 10:30-11:30
2. 場所：OISTキャンパスセンター棟レベルB,  B250セミナールーム
3. 備考：内容は両日とも同じです。日本語のみ。
