2nd Briefing Session of Earthquake Countermeasures (June 19th, Mon.);　第2回地震対策説明会の案内 (6月19日（月）)

Since 2014, OIST has been promoting earthquake countermeasures by establishing OIST Manual of Earthquake Countermeasure and promoting each Research Unit and Section to be prepared and be part of implementing earthquake countermeasures throughout the University. The 1st Briefing Session was held in 2015 to indicate the basic policy of earthquake countermeasures.
 
FY 2017 will be the last year of three-years project for strengthening earthquake countermeasures and purchasing fixing devices free of charge by budget allocated to OHS section. For this reason, we would like to hold the 2nd Briefing Session to accelerate the consideration and implementation of earthquake countermeasure at Research Unit and Section.

At least one person from each Research Unit and Section will be requested to attend the meeting.

1. Date and Time: June 19 (Monday) 10:00- 11:00 Japanese session / 11:00- 12:00 English session

各位

OISTは、2014年度から校内の地震対策の現状を調査するとともに地震対策マニュアルを策定するなど、各研究室、各部署が主体となった全学的な地震対策の推進に努めてきました。
地震対策の基本方針を示すため、2015年度に第1回地震対策説明会を行っておりますが、本年度は、３年にわたる地震対策強化プロジェクトの最終年となり、安全衛生セクションの予算による固定具の無料配布は今年度が最終となります。
このような状況から、改めて全校的な地震対策の検討・実施を加速させることを目的とし、第2回地震対策説明会を下記のとおり実施致します。

つきましては、同地震対策説明会に各研究室、各部署から最低1名以上の出席をお願いします。

1．        日時：2017年6月19日（月）10：00～11：00日本語 / 11：00～12：00英語

2．        場所：センター棟 2階、B250
