Title: What is the Fluorescence for Flow Cytometry

Abstract: Flow cytometry is a tool in biotechnology that is used to evaluate physical and chemical characteristics of single cells at the whole cell level. Today, researchers of various life science can use this technology to perform complex experiments to work toward solving their scientific challenges. Once you’ve established that Flow cytometry is a suitable tool for your experiment, you need to design your flow cytometry panel. An important part of this step is identifying the reagents that are needed for your experiment. In this seminar, I will provide basic knowledge and the latest information about fluorescence and strategies for designing a panel. These knowledge can save you time and ensure the experiment is efficient.
